What Is Covered

Protection on Every Move

Cargo & liability coverage

Every move is covered by comprehensive cargo and liability insurance, in transit and during loading and unloading. Your belongings are protected from the moment we arrive.

Workers compensation

Our crews are covered by workers compensation on every job, so you are never exposed to liability for an injury that happens on your property.

Certificate of insurance (COI)

HOAs, high-rise buildings, and commercial properties often require a COI before move day. We issue one naming your building or association, usually within a few hours of request.

Covered in storage too

If your belongings are held in our Ventura storage facility between moves, they stay covered the entire time, not just while the truck is moving.

In-house, vetted crews

We never subcontract. Every mover is an in-house, background-checked, drug-tested employee, which keeps accountability and coverage with one company.

Written, transparent terms

Your quote spells out exactly what is covered and the valuation option you have chosen, in plain language, before anything is loaded.

Your Options

Two Ways to Protect Your Belongings

Released value protection

Included at no additional charge. Coverage is calculated by weight (a standard rate per pound per item). The economical option for budget-conscious moves of lower-value goods.

Full value protection

For an added premium, we repair, replace, or reimburse the current market value of any item damaged in the move. Recommended for high-value, fragile, or irreplaceable items like art, antiques, and pianos.

Not sure which to choose? We will walk you through both on your quote call and recommend the right level for what you are moving. Call (805) 697-6220.

Yes, and we do it routinely. Many gated communities, high-rises, and commercial buildings require a COI naming them before move day. Tell us the building name and any specific limits required and we will issue the certificate, usually within a few hours.

Your belongings are covered against loss or damage during packing, loading, transport, unloading, and any time they are held in our storage facility. We offer two valuation options: released value protection (included) and full value protection (added premium) for higher-value items.

Released value protection is included at no extra cost and pays out by weight (a set rate per pound). Full value protection costs more but repairs, replaces, or reimburses the actual market value of a damaged item. For art, antiques, pianos, and other irreplaceable goods, full value protection is the safer choice.

Yes. Our movers are employees covered by workers compensation, not subcontractors. That means an on-site injury is our responsibility, not yours.
